Hangzhou Xiaoshan Hang Min Nonwovens Co., Ltd. belongs to HangMin Group. Established in April, 2000, we own RMB0.23 billions at present. And the employs are more than 180. Now, we have one needle-punch line and two spunlace lines. We imported the needle-punch line in 2001 from DILO GMBH. Until now, we can produce not only medium grade synthetic leather substrate, but also can produce high grade synthetic leather substrate such as high shrinkage fiber, micro fiber and filter material. The other two spunlace lines were imported from FLEISSNER GMBH. One of the spunlace line's weight ranges from 40g/m2 to 220g/m2 and the available width is 3.2 meters. Our main product is synthetic leather substrate. On the base of our ripe technique, we are developing many new products, such as PVA, high shrinkage, and composite nonwovens. Another spunlace has cross-lap web and parallel web together. The weight range is from 28g/m2 to 140g/m2 and the available width is also 3.2 meters. Our main products are sanitary materials, and by-products are synthetic leather substrate.
We have passed the authentication of IS09001 quality system, IS014001 environment administration system and JJF1112-2003. Our products are sold around the country, and are also exported to Europe, America, and East Asia.
